(NYSE: TRMR), a leading provider of technology-driven video advertising solutions, today announced the expansion of their Nielsen Online Campaign Ratings collaboration into Canada, marking a major step forward for the digital measurement of advertising campaigns. VideoHub was the first online video advertising technology to fully integrate Nielsen’s online gross rating point (GRP) data in December 2011.

Launched in beta in Canada earlier in 2013 and now commercially available, Nielsen Online Campaign Ratings measures the audience of online advertising, providing reach, frequency and GRP metrics as well as anonymous demographic information such as age and gender. Through VideoHub for Advertisers (VHA), VideoHub clients can understand how those audiences responded to their campaigns and identify the key signals driving performance metrics like engagement and brand lift. Advertisers and agencies based in Canada will now have a single metric to measure their gross reach — the total number of people exposed to an ad — and effective reach – more granular insight into the quality of the ad exposure and actual performance across all screens.

VideoHub has already integrated Nielsen Online Campaign Ratings in the United States, where Nielsen Online Campaign Ratings first launched in 2011. VideoHub is also working with Nielsen as it expands the Nielsen Online Campaign Ratings to markets in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
