Tremor Video Hires Tim Ware to Lead Mobile and Connected TV Sales

New York, August 1, 2013 - Tremor Video, Inc. (NYSE: TRMR), a leading provider of technology-driven video advertising solutions, announced today the appointment of Tim Ware as Vice President of Mobile and Connected TV Sales. Reporting to Randy Kilgore, Tremor Video’s Chief Revenue Officer, Ware will be focused on Tremor Video’s Mobile and Connected TV video advertising businesses. This announcement follows Tremor Video’s recent promotions of Michael Schwalb and Alex Macnamara and hiring of Kelly Petersen.

Ware will be responsible for leveraging Tremor Video’s industry-leading network of premium publisher partners, proprietary brand building technology and creative capabilities to help brand marketers fully realize the benefits of the mobile video and the connected TV landscape.

Ware joins the company with two decades of television, digital media and mobile experience. Most recently he served asThe Wall Street Journal’sMobile and Video Sales Director where he was responsible for ad sales across Dow Jones' popular mobile apps and its new video service, WSJ Live.  Prior toThe Journal, he worked for top sports and entertainment entities, including ESPN – where he helped establish its online ad business including mobile and video offerings, NHL, WWE. Yardbarker and InterZine Productions. Tim broke into the advertising business as a TV Buyer and Negotiator at McCann-Erickson and Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising.
